Here's How Much Philly Athletes Are Getting Paid To Show Up To Ocean City Sports and Memorabilia Show

Brandon Graham, Chad Durbin, and Ike Reese have VERY different rates

The Ocean City Sports Card and Memorabilia Show is this weekend at the Music Pier.

Special guests for the event are Brandon Graham, Chad Durbin, and Ike Reese.

Graham is a pretty big get. Meanwhile, Durbin is a Phillies radio broadcaster now, and Reese is of course on WIP.

So what does it cost to get a Super Bowl Champion, World Series Champion… and Ike Reese?

$23,800.

Honestly, I thought it would have been more, for Graham alone.

The city publishes everything relating to their budget, including the invoice for the appearances at the event.

The city says they will recoup the investment on ticket and photo sales, which is totally reasonable.

Here’s how the payments get broken down:

Graham: $16,800

Durbin: $4,500

Reese: $2,500

Durbin getting more than Reese was +1800 on the board at Harrah’s. And you got to hand it to Graham and Webster for getting to that very specific target. Graham has earned $88 million over the course of his career, but he was not settling for a penny less than $16,800 to show up and smile for photos with 54-year-old guys named Tommy for two hours.

Anyway, the show is on Saturday, April 29 at the Music Pier and goes from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m.
